DisplayCase of student projects.

In 2014-15, Chaya Litvack and Rebecca Noone were teaching assistants for the course. We supervised 14 final projects.

In 2015 – 2016, I taught the course with Carmen Victor and Rebecca Noone was the teaching assistant. We supervised 15 final projects.

In 2016 – 2017, I taught the course with Carmen Victor and Rebecca Noone and Hillary Walker Gugin were teaching assistants. We supervised 22 final projects.

In 2010-11, 2 students, Heather Anderson and Martha Kroeker, developed an online archive of the student exhibition projects as their capstone exhibition. The site DISPLAY[CASE] was hosted at displaycase.ischool.utoronto.ca and their version of the site ran from 2011-2016. A snapshot of their page from 2012 can be found on the wayback machine here.

In 2016-17, Orvis Starkweather updated the site and its functionality. Orvis also prepared thorough documentation for the maintenance and updating of the site. A snapshot of their page can be found on the wayback machine here.

I taught the course for the last time in 2018-19. That year we ran 21 Exhibition Projects.

In 2021, my contract to teach at the Faculty was not renewed and I transferred ownership of the website to the museum studies program. In 2022, the program deleted the site. I’ve recreated an archive of the projects I supervised here but this portfolio lacks the functionality and interactivity of either version of the DISPLAY[CASE].
